Lynn Neal serves as our client service associate for BCT Investments and is based at the Charles Town, West Virginia, branch. In this role, she supports the BCT Investment advisor team by processing client requests, resolving client inquiries and onboarding new clients.

Lynn has over 20 years of experience in customer service having worked as a collection’s representative, library supervisor and service leader at an insurance agency. She has previously worked in the financial services industry at Somerset Trust in Somerset, Pennsylvania, and United Integrity Group in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. She is well-organized, extremely detail oriented and licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance as well as Life & Health Insurance.

Lynn graduated from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in management.  

 

She lives in Kearneysville, West Virginia, with her husband, two sons and their dog, Daisy. Lynn loves the Philadelphia Phillies, traveling, reading, learning history and working on crafts.
